time passes kinda slow today. but luckily, nice peeps were around. =)
well, not all were nice though..haha..but most were.
anyway, kinda busy today..after like soo long..MW encountered FULL HOUSE again..
haha..and i had to tell customer, "sorry sir, we are currently full house"
my god! when was the last time i'd ever used this sentence?? HAHA..
or maybe its because i havent been working on sat for too long..maybe!

anyway, i seriously think that service crew should be respected and apreciated..
instead of scolding them stupid or whatever shit when one did something wrong..
we are there to serve people. if there aint people like us,
would customers be able to sit there, relax while waiting for their food and drinks?
so ya. please dont take it for granted. and when we say we are closing at 11pm..
it doesnt mean we could go off right away when the last customer left..
we still had to clean up, housekeeping all those shit...
and we dont have a car..so most of us have to catch the last bus or train...
and yup, i know customers do pay for the 10% service charge
but that doesnt give them a reason to scold the service crew "stupid"
its just a small mistake two of my friends were being scolded..
and because one of my MT gave her the bill a little longer..
she had to show her whatever dissatisfaction..my god! ugly humans.......

anyway, i guess ive been complaining too much..
cos there will still be customers doing the same thing..
and i realise how good others temper are..
if im the one being scold "stupid" for forgetting to key in an order..
my face would definitely be SUPER BLACK for the rest of the day...HAHA!!
